Anand Chinthala, an entrepreneur and investor with over 25 years of experience across the
glass industry and international real estate. Originally from India, and now based in the
United Kingdom from past 25 years, I have built my career on strong relationships, a deep
understanding of markets, and a long-term vision for growth across multiple sectors.

I began as a software professional then moved to glass industry, where I developed close
connections with industrialists, wholesalers, manufacturers, and suppliers, and earned a solid
reputation for quality and reliability. Over the last 8 years, I have expanded my focus into real
estate investment, with a portfolio that spans India, the UK, and now growing into the UAE
and Africa.

In addition to my business ventures, I have been actively involved in community leadership
and politics. From 2021 to 2023, I participated in local political activities and continue to
maintain strong relationships with politicians and community leaders – connections that
have proven valuable in navigating complex markets and driving new opportunities.
I pride myself on being both strategic and approachable. I believe in building partnerships
that are based on trust, transparency, and shared growth. Whether working with developers,
investors, or local stakeholders, my goal is always to create value through connection –
bringing together people, ideas, and resources in a way that benefits all parties involved.

As I continue to lead new projects through AVS Properties, including major investor events in
the UK, India, Africa and UAE, I look forward to collaborating with forward-thinking partners
who share my ambition and values.
